Creators are responsible for ensuring that storefront content, offers, external links, fulfillment, marketing claims, and customer communications comply with applicable law and the rules of their payment provider.
You may not use NetFlow to promote or facilitate illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, deceptive claims, malware, credential theft, unauthorized financial schemes, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, content involving sexual abuse of minors, trafficking, terrorism, violent extremist activity, or other unlawful conduct.
NetFlow may restrict offers involving regulated financial activity, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, prescription-only products, adult sexual services, surveillance or malicious software, or other categories that create material legal, safety, payment, or platform risk. A payment provider accepting an offer does not guarantee that the offer is permitted on NetFlow.
Do not sell or distribute content you do not have the right to use, misrepresent affiliation with another person or brand, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Product descriptions, prices, claims, testimonials, availability, and other material information must not be intentionally deceptive. Creators should clearly explain what customers receive and any important conditions of the offer.
NetFlow may investigate reports, remove content, restrict storefront access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, comply with law, or manage material platform risk.
To report a storefront or offer that appears to violate these rules, use the Contact page and include the relevant NetFlow store URL.
