NetFlow Creator includes a 7-day free trial before the first scheduled $10 monthly subscription charge. Canceling before the first scheduled charge prevents renewal according to the billing provider’s cancellation rules; after billing begins, canceling prevents future renewal according to the effective cancellation date shown by the billing provider.
If you believe a NetFlow subscription charge was made in error, duplicated, unauthorized, or the service was materially unavailable, contact us promptly through the Contact page. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the circumstances, applicable law, and the billing provider’s processing requirements.
This policy applies to the NetFlow platform subscription only. NetFlow does not receive the money from products or services sold by creators through their external checkout links. Refunds for those purchases must be requested from the creator or the creator’s payment provider under the creator’s own policies and applicable law.
You may cancel a NetFlow subscription using the billing-management option made available for your account. Unless a refund or immediate termination applies, access may continue through the paid subscription period and then end when the subscription expires.
