These Terms govern your use of NetFlow. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.
NetFlow Creator currently includes a 7-day free trial followed by a recurring software subscription priced at $10 USD per month. The billing provider controls the trial and scheduled billing. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the applicable billing interval. Taxes may be added or handled by the billing provider where required.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, keeping your contact information current, and all activity conducted through your account. You may not impersonate another person or use NetFlow for unlawful activity.
NetFlow provides storefront software. Creators control the content of their listings and may use their own external checkout or a manual direct-payment flow with creator verification. NetFlow does not act as the payment recipient, escrow service, or seller of the creator’s products or services merely because a listing appears on a NetFlow storefront.
Creators are responsible for their customer relationships, product claims, fulfillment, refunds or disputes relating to creator-customer sales, taxes applicable to those sales, and compliance with the rules of their selected payment provider.
You must follow the Creator Guidelines & Acceptable Use Policy. NetFlow may remove content, restrict storefront visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks, fraud, unlawful conduct, or platform abuse.
Subscription billing is processed by NetFlow’s billing provider. You may cancel future renewal using the available billing-management process. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
NetFlow and its software, branding, design, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to NetFlow. Creators retain ownership of content they submit, while granting NetFlow a limited license to host, display, transmit, resize, and otherwise process that content as needed to provide the service.
We may update, add, remove, or change features as the platform evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service.
NetFlow is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. NetFlow does not guarantee creator sales, revenue, audience growth, payment-provider approval, or customer conversion. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NetFlow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from creator-customer transactions or third-party payment services.
These Terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable to NetFlow’s operator in Pakistan, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded in a user’s jurisdiction.
