FAQ

Questions, answered clearly.

The essentials about NetFlow Creator, billing, direct payments, and storefront access.

How much does NetFlow cost?+

NetFlow Creator starts with a 7-day free trial, then costs $10 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled.

Does NetFlow take a percentage of my sales?+

No. NetFlow charges the platform subscription. Creator-customer product or service payments are sent through the creator’s own external payment provider.

Which payment provider can a creator use?+

Creators can use a lawful checkout or payment link from a provider available to them, subject to that provider’s rules and NetFlow’s acceptable use requirements.

Can creators sell to international customers?+

A creator may share a NetFlow store internationally. Whether a buyer can pay depends on the creator’s selected payment provider, supported countries, currencies, and payment methods.

What can I sell?+

Creators may list lawful digital products, services, courses, consultations, bookings, and similar offers. Prohibited or high-risk content is not allowed under the Creator Guidelines.

Can I cancel my NetFlow subscription?+

Yes. A subscription may be canceled through the billing management options provided for the account. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective cancellation date.

What happens if my subscription expires?+

The creator account remains in the system, but the public storefront may be unavailable until subscription access is restored.

Does NetFlow deliver my digital files?+

The current version focuses on storefront listings and direct checkout links. Creators are responsible for fulfillment through their own workflow or provider unless NetFlow explicitly adds a delivery feature.
